The Skihab Service

Our 12-week course is designed to help our clients reach specific rehabilitation targets and boost confidence. We’ve combined expert neuro physiotherapy with Snowsports instruction, creating a supportive pathway that’s all about getting results whilst also having fun! Throughout the programme we’ll review progress at regular intervals, track physical health, promote independence and enhance social & emotional interactions.

Joint instructor and neuro physio review sessions are completed at weeks 1, 4, 8 and 12 to maintain a rehab focus.

Video recording for feedback, analysis and record keeping.

Monitoring of participation, physical, social and emotional interactions and goals.

R

Written feedback to the MDT and client (were appropriate) to improve skiing ability and inform the rehabilitation process.
